To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations (including reschedules) within 24hr hours will incur a 50% fee of the booked treatment(s).  Please note that if you do not show up to your appointment, there will be a full charge for all booked treatment(s).

Between 16-31st December, we will be offering an out-of-hours service on a first-come first-serve basis. 

​

These appointments will be charged an extra £15 per service which will need to be paid as a deposit at the time of booking. 

​

Any changes made to out-of-hours appointments MUST be made 48 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.
