Bring or purchase your one-off nail kit
Before you book, please note that individual nail kits (£3) are mandatory and must be purchased or brought with you to each appointment, for any and all nail treatments.

Check if you've received a confirmation email
You should receive a confirmation email for each treatment almost instantaneously plus a reminder email 24 hours ahead. Please keep track of appointments to avoid missing them & incurring charges.

Make sure to book the correct treatment
Select 'acrylic removal' for acrylic removals. Select regular 'removal' for Apres/Builder/SNS/Gel removals. Select 'manicure' treatments for full cuticle work.

Patch tests are required for all new lash clients
You'll now be able to book for both the patch test (at least 48hrs ahead) and full lash treatment. Please note that no-shows to patch tests will result in immediate cancellation of the full treatment.

Specify any extras
Treatments including colour mean one plain colour. For french finishes, designs, fixes, gems, stickers, feature nails and anything else, please make a request in the 'Notes' section when booking.

Make sure to read our cancellation policy
Due to the sheer volume of no-shows and cancellations, we have updated our policy (also detailed in your confirmation email). Please make sure to read it and amend your appointments accordingly.
