Make sure to book the correct treatment
Select 'acrylic removal' for acrylic removals. Select regular 'removal' for Apres/SNS/Builder/Gel removals. Select 'manicure' treatments for full cuticle work.

Check if you've received a confirmation email
You should receive a confirmation email for each treatment almost instantaneously plus a reminder email 24 hours ahead. Please keep track of appointments to avoid missing them & incurring charges.

Due to the sheer volume of no-shows and cancellations, we have updated our policy (also detailed in your confirmation email). Please make sure to read it and amend your appointments accordingly.

Specify any extras
Treatments including colour mean one plain colour. For french finishes, designs, fixes, gems, stickers, feature nails and anything else, please make a request in the 'Notes' section when booking.

Patch tests are required for all new lash clients
You'll now be able to book for both the patch test (at least 48hrs ahead) and full lash treatment. Please note that no-shows to patch tests will result in immediate cancellation of the full treatment.

OUT OF HOURS BOOKING INFO
Between 16-31st December, we will be offering an out-of-hours service on a first-come first-serve basis.

These appointments will be charged an extra £15 per service which will need to be paid as a deposit at the time of booking.
​
Any changes made to out-of-hours appointments MUST be made 48 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.
