Booking
We accept both bookings and walk-ins. However, to ensure your preferred time and service is available, we advise booking in advance.
Please follow the booking guidelines to ensure you book the correct treatment, time, and technician. An incorrect booking may result in there being less time for your preferred treatment or the right technician not being available. We will endeavour to accommodate our customers in such circumstances, but reserve the right to cancel the appointment as it may interfere with the salon schedule.
Arrival &
Lateness
We kindly request that our clients arrive 5 minutes early for appointments [subject to Covid-19 guidelines] to ensure there is plenty of time to settle in and choose a colour from our large range.
We also kindly ask all clients to give us as much notice as possible when running late. This helps us to adjust the schedule accordingly to accommodate you and other clients as best as possible.
As a courtesy to all of our clients, late appointments may not be honoured as a strict appointment schedule is adhered to. We reserve the right to shorten the length of treatment times due to late arrivals in consideration of the next client.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations (including reschedules) within 24hr hours will incur a 50% fee of the booked treatment(s).
Please note that if you do not show up to your appointment, there will be a full charge for all booked treatment(s).
Age
Restriction
​Clients under the age of 16​ must be supervised by a parent/guardian or provide written consent from a parent/ guardian prior to all treatments. Consent forms are available in-salon.
Patch Tests
& Reactions
​Eyelash treatments: All eyelash clients are required to have a patch test at least 48 hours prior to their appointment. We have the right to refuse any client who has not had a patch test in our salon. If you have previously had a patch test with us and have not visited the salon within 12 months you will be asked to carry out another for your safety. In the event of an allergic reaction during a patch test, please seek medical help.

Please note that patch tests are carried out as a precaution and do not guarantee a non-reaction during the treatment.

All treatments: If you are aware of an intolerance to any materials or substances, you must notify staff before your treatment. In the event of a reaction to any of our products or treatments, please notify us immediately via telephone or email.
Gift Cards
Gift cards can be redeemed against The Lab products and treatments listed on our service menu.
Our gift cards are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. . Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
Please note gift cards must be physically presented in store to be redeemed - we are unable to accept photographs of vouchers.
OUT OF HOURS BOOKING INFO
Between 16-31st December, we will be offering an out-of-hours service on a first-come first-serve basis.

These appointments will be charged an extra £15 per service which will need to be paid as a deposit at the time of booking.
​
Any changes made to out-of-hours appointments MUST be made 48 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.
